The Chef constantly looks for new inspirations, referring to what is best in the tradition and nature. Here you can discover the taste of a plum from Łącko, an oscypek (sheep milk cheese) from Szczawnica and fir honey. It is best to spend evenings by the fireplace, relishing aromatic teas or regional rowan, plum or juniper tinctures.
The atmosphere of this place is created by a photo gallery presenting the history of several generations of the hotel owners' family, as well as works of well-known artists - Michał Suffczyński and Bronisław Chromy. On exceptional evenings, you can hear music played an antique piano from the beginning of the 20th century.
